Tracey O'Neill, CVA, is the founder of Tracey O'Neill Consulting and a globally recognised leader in Volunteer Engagement. With over 25 years of experience, she partners with leaders and organisations to uncover, evidence and articulate the true value of volunteering — helping CEOs and boards recognise volunteering as a core strategic function and a driver of social change. Her practice is grounded in community-centred engagement, ethical practice and a belief that language shapes systems.
O’Neill is the host of Making a Ruckus: Rethinking Volunteer Engagement, a podcast challenging outdated paradigms and reimagining how the sector thinks about volunteering. She is a faculty member of the Advanced Volunteer Management Symposium, a founding committee member of the Professional Alliance for Volunteer Engagement (PAVE), and a recipient of the AL!VE Exemplary Leader Impact Award. Her insights have influenced organisations across sectors through international conference presentations, training, keynotes and webinars. In 2019, she became co-editor of Voices for Engage.
